Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We currently ship only within the United States. If we are unable to deliver a product to you, we will contact you directly and issue a refund immediately. If you are unsure about delivery to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
All orders require 12–24 hours for processing before shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for tracking information to appear.
Shipping and delivery typically take 2–7 business days depending on your location. Please note that holidays or other events beyond our control may affect delivery times and may extend the average delivery period.
We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, carrier issues, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control. You will need your order number from your confirmation email when making any inquiries.
Delivery
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping times, so there is only a short window (typically within 12 hours) to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe there is an error.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the information provided in your tracking email.
If you refuse to accept delivery of your order, we will consider the order returned and will provide a refund once the item is received back at our facility.
